Happy 90th Birthday, Harry!

<p>Harry Belafonte needs no introduction. If<em> you</em> need an introduction to Harry, try this <a href="http://www.newyorker.com/culture/cultural-comment/harry-belafonte-and-the-social-power-of-song" target="_blank">recent retrospective</a> in the <em>New Yorker</em>. Also, he is probably the coolest 90-year-old you'll ever meet, as evidenced by the music and social justice festival <a href="http://manyriversfestival.com/" target="_blank">Many Rivers to Cross</a> he launched last year. I hope you do get to meet him!</p> <p>At Afropop we've had the intimate pleasure of knowing Harry and working closely with him for a number of years. In 2009, at our 20th Anniversary Gala, we inducted Harry into the Afropop Hall of Fame.
